Standard Independent Business Review

What you are purchasing

You are purchasing a one-time independent examination of the agreed customer-facing business areas and a written report. The review uses publicly available information and does not require access to your internal systems or accounts. The Standard Review Scope of Deliverables explains the included work and its boundaries.

What the review provides

• Examination of the agreed customer-facing booking and decision experience.
• Documented, evidence-supported findings that survive verification.
• Prioritization and practical recommendations for each credible finding.
• A written report the customer may evaluate and address.

A clean or low-finding result is valid. CallieFi does not guarantee a particular number of findings, revenue, savings, bookings or any other business outcome.

Price and payment

The price is $1,200 USD for one Standard Review. It is not a subscription and does not include ongoing monitoring. Payment is processed through Stripe-hosted checkout.

Timing

CallieFi will confirm the completion date before substantive work begins. No standard delivery timeframe or guaranteed business deadline is promised unless CallieFi confirms it in writing for the specific order.

Cancellation and refunds

The following terms are CallieFi Standard Review Refund Policy v1.0:

• If you cancel before CallieFi begins substantive work, you receive a full refund.
• Once substantive work begins, the sale is final for properly completed work.
• A clean or low-finding result is completed work and is not grounds for a refund.
• If CallieFi confirms that the delivered review fails to conform to the purchased scope, CallieFi will first correct the deficiency at no additional charge.
• If a confirmed deficiency cannot be corrected, CallieFi will provide a full refund.
• A confirmed duplicate, incorrect-amount or unauthorized charge will be refunded.

Contact CallieFi promptly about a cancellation, charge issue or delivery concern. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

The Refund Policy version and Scope of Deliverables version identified in the customer’s engagement record govern that purchase.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate order information and do not send passwords, access credentials, card details or other protected information. If information is sent unnecessarily, CallieFi may restrict or delete it and route the matter for appropriate handling.

Confidentiality and permitted use

Customer-specific findings are delivered privately to the authorized business. The customer may use its report for internal business evaluation. CallieFi retains its underlying methods, templates and systems; purchasing a review does not transfer those materials.
