Scope of Deliverables

Service: CallieFi Standard Review
Price: $1,200 USD
Review type: One-time independent outside-in review
Business reviewed: Recorded in the customer engagement record
Review window: Recorded in the customer engagement record

1. What CallieFi Examines

CallieFi examines applicable public commercial surfaces through which a prospective customer may discover, evaluate, contact or book the business.

The Standard Review includes the capabilities expressly listed in this Scope that are executable using CallieFi’s named method and publicly observable during the review window.

Owned Public Surfaces

CallieFi examines applicable customer-facing pages on the business’s website, including:

The final report identifies the exact URLs examined.

Direct Booking-Entry Experience

CallieFi examines the publicly accessible booking-entry path, including:

Observation stops before personal information, payment information or reservation confirmation is required.

Google and Third-Party Public Surfaces

CallieFi examines, where publicly accessible:

Current OTA boundary: Booking.com is the only OTA included in the current Standard Review. No other OTA comparison is promised.

CallieFi may examine additional public surfaces discovered during the review at its discretion. Every additional surface actually examined will be identified and reported. Discovery does not create an obligation to examine every public mention, directory, travel listing or booking representation of the business.

2. What CallieFi Compares

Where comparable public evidence is available, CallieFi may examine consistency across reviewed surfaces involving:

A nightly-rate comparison requires equivalent observable conditions, including the tested dates, room type, occupancy, rate type and currency. The report states the tested conditions with the result.

Current Exclusions

The current Standard Review does not promise:

CallieFi reports only comparisons supported by reproducible public evidence. If the required conditions do not match, CallieFi does not infer a discrepancy.

3. What the Customer Receives

The customer receives a written report containing:

  1. Review record — The business reviewed, review date, observation window and named public-access method.
  2. Executive summary — Findings and completed results presented in the report’s stated priority order.
  3. Surface inventory — The exact public pages, booking paths and third-party surfaces examined.
  4. Documented findings — Every qualifying discrepancy confirmed during the review.
  5. Completed surface results — Every promised surface receives a documented result. Silence is not treated as a result.
  6. Preserved evidence — Dated URLs, quoted public content, screenshots or other preserved public evidence sufficient to verify each finding.
  7. Prioritization — Findings are organized according to the customer decision or commercial step exposed and the strength of the supporting evidence.
  8. Practical corrective guidance — Each confirmed finding identifies a corrected customer-visible state the business can evaluate and implement.
  9. Opportunity Lens — Where appropriate, a finding may include a worked example illustrating its potential scale. Every assumption and limitation remains with the example.
  10. Customer measurement path — The report identifies internal information the customer may use to determine a finding’s actual relevance or financial value within its business.

4. How Results Are Reported

Each promised surface or completed comparison receives an applicable customer-facing outcome:

A clean, indeterminate, inaccessible or not-comparable result is still a completed result when CallieFi performed and documented the promised examination correctly.

Any result limited to particular dates, rooms, rates, occupancy, channels, surfaces or access methods states that boundary directly with the result.

5. Opportunity Lens and Worked Examples

CallieFi may provide multiple independent monetary or nonmonetary worked examples when appropriate.

Each worked example:

Several findings may describe the same customer moment from different angles. The same guest, booking or business effect may therefore appear in more than one example.

The examples are separate views of the business. CallieFi does not calculate or present a combined total across findings. The customer determines each finding’s actual relevance, relationship to other findings and financial value using its own internal information.

6. Review Boundaries

The Standard Review is based exclusively on publicly accessible, customer-visible information.

CallieFi does not:

If a public surface cannot be examined using the named method, the report identifies that limitation. Failure to observe a surface using one method does not establish that the surface cannot be observed using another method.

7. Completion and Delivery

The Standard Review is complete when CallieFi delivers a written report that:

The number of findings is not guaranteed. A review producing few findings—or no qualifying findings—is completed work when the promised surfaces were examined and reported according to this Scope.

Value of a clean result: A clean result can provide material information by confirming that a tested public condition was present, consistent or functioning during the stated review window. CallieFi does not create or enlarge a finding merely to produce a positive finding count.

8. One-Time Review

The $1,200 Standard Review is a one-time examination of public conditions observed during the stated review window.

It does not include:

Any continuing monitoring or later re-verification requires a separately defined service and price.
